The tilt mechanism of the Aeron chair allows tilting around the ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, and neck. This allows reclining by simply shifting the center of gravity forward and backward without interfering with natural body movements. It always maintains body balance and provides proper control within a 30-degree reclining range. It makes any posture during work healthy and comfortable.

Spinal misalignment can cause lower back pain. To prevent lower back pain, it is important to keep the spine in an S-shape. The shape of the spine is influenced by the pelvis, so it is very important to support the pelvis in the correct position. When the pelvis shifts forward and the posture is bent forward, the stress on the intervertebral discs is 190% of that when standing. By supporting the pelvis in the correct position with the Posture Fit function, it is possible to reduce the stress on the intervertebral discs to 115% of that when standing.

Adjusting the firmness of the reclining
