BRUNO REY

Bruno Rey was born in Bruck, Switzerland in 1933. After an apprenticeship as a cabinet maker, he studied under pioneering designer Willy Guhl at the Zurich School of Applied Arts. In 1968 he opened his own studio, and in 1971, his unique chair was mass-produced by Dietiker in Stein am Rhein. This chair, called 3300, was later named REY and became the most successful chair in Switzerland. In collaboration with Dietiker, HAY has released the REY COLLECTION, which includes the REY CHAIR, REY STOOL & BAR STOOL, and RAY TABLE & COFFEE TABLE.
HAY

HAY is a Danish furniture company founded in Copenhagen in 2002 by Mette Hay and Rolf Hay.
Guided by the belief that "good design is a right for everyone," co-founders and creative directors Mette Heye and Rolf Heye work with talented designers from around the world to create high-quality products that can be used by a wide range of people.
"The great thing about art is that it is full of originality and the unexpected. Architecture is the backdrop for our creations and the place where they are used. And fashion has the power to reflect the spirit and events of the times. This product, which exists between art, architecture and fashion and incorporates a little bit of all of them, may be the best product I have ever made."
Rolf Hey
HAY is committed to developing long-lasting products that minimize the impact on the environment.
