VARIER MOVE

The VARIER MOVE gives you ultimate freedom of movement from the moment you sit down. With 360-degree rotation, MOVE allows you to find the position you want. This product has two aspects: a tool for sitting and a tool to support your posture when standing. The tilt mechanism built into the base allows it to follow your body no matter which direction it moves in. The seat, reminiscent of a horse's saddle, is also an important element. It is designed to prevent slipping even when your thighs are almost vertical (almost standing). Always moving means you're training without any effort. Its lightweight construction makes it highly portable and easy to operate.
Move's wooden base is constructed from beech plywood. To achieve a beautiful and durable finish, our plywood is covered with an ash top veneer, hand sanded and coated with a water-based lacquer. The height adjustment mechanism is powered by high-pressure gas to ensure smooth, reliable movement.

Norwegian designer Per Øie graduated from the Bergen School of Art and Design in 1958. His designs have been featured around the world, including exhibitions in Tokyo, Paris, London and Copenhagen. Øie gained national recognition with his Move chair, which won the highly coveted DOGA Honorary Award in 2002.
